Stayed 3/09. Front office staff gave wrong directions on finding suite, obviously he had never been out of the office. We were told on arrival that an activity pass (museums) that was promised on booking and confirmed on Email had not been offered for the past year. Pull-out sleeper couch bed was unusable due to springs broken/missing from frame. Kitchen light without shade, antiquated microwave, coffee maker didn't work properly and very old electricals. There was only bad coffee left when we went for breakfast during correct times x2, so didn't try again.
Despite this, was a good location and easy to walk to the Square and most places of interest, rates reasonable especially for 4 travellers, spacious units, fairly nice grounds, nice view from top of the hill. Not for the picky traveller. Tried to get some of the issues addressed including replacing burned out light bulbs but gave up when simple requests not met.
Spacious, well appointed & convenient location!

Friendly well trained staff greeted us, very helpful. Be sure to ask about the options for towel service if needed. They don't mention it unless asked, but you may exchange your towels at the front desk daily or as needed and they will either give you clean ones or have them delivered to your unit if the laundry hasn't been done at that time for an exchange. We stayed in a one bedroom unit, very cute Southwestern decor, all amenities were great, lots of space and when we had a minor issue with a kitchen cabinet not closing properly the on site handyman responded promptly. Beautiful views of the local mountains, overlooking the Santa Fe Valley, breathtaking at night with the stars and city lights! Hiking trails lead off from the property if you care to do some exploring. The location is easy walking to the central town square, about 4-5 blocks downhill, if you have trouble adjusting to altitude, take your car into town because the walk back is uphill the last couple of blocks. Our traveling companions had an upgrade to a 2 bedroom unit with 2 and 1/2 baths, again great decor and more space than they needed. We had put in a request to be near each other since we were sharing a vehicle and the staff had not noted that prior to check-in, but upgraded to accommodate once we arrived. They do only offer coffee & juice on site, however a wonderful Albertson's grocery store is only 3 minutes away by car to stock up on your morning meal needs. Staff was helpful with directions and suggestions. There is a computer in the lobby for guest use, and a printer behind the desk at not charge. Great value for the rate in Santa Fe!
Good space and location, but not perfect.

Our stay was generally a good experience, with a few negatives. The location is excellent, near downtown but off any main drag==an uphill climb getting back from downtown. There's a nice view, and it's quiet. The condo was spacious, clean, well-furnished, and the beds were comfortable. But: The remote did not operate the main TV. The TV in one bedroom did not work at all. The alarm clock radios were junk, although one did work. A toilet backup and clogged sink were taken care of quickly and gave no trouble after. The "continental breakfast" was a joke: bagels, juice, and coffee, served late: one day there were 16 people standing around waiting for the food to show up, which it did 45 minutes late. The staff was friendly, but the office is located around the block from the condo address. Not sure about security: the welcoming sign said something like: "Management not responsible for theft, vandalism, etc.", but we had no trouble. Not perfect, but a good deal for the price paid.

Room was nice, couch hard, but rest was OK. Didn't have any cream for the coffee in the morning, were out for 2 days. Asked a young girl that was mopping the floor about the cream and she went to look but couldn't find any, didn't realize it until the next day but she gave us some of her personal 1/2 and 1/2. Her good customer service went beyond good.

These are individually owned condos, so the interior will vary. We stayed at 11a and it wasn't what I was expecting. The condo was big and rustic; its southwest decor was very simple with stark white walls. It had a living room with sofabed, old and standalone fireplace, a few chairs covered in rawhide, and small tv with dvd and vcr. There also was a dining area and fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, dishes/silverware, and stove/fridge/microwave. The king bed was hard, so we layered all the spare blankets on the matress. The bathroom fixtures and plumbing was OLD. Don't flush the toilet or run the cold water on the faucet when someone is in the shower or you will scour them with hot water. We were walking distance to downtown Santa Fe, however you are uphill, so the walk is down hill going there and uphill coming back. Overall, room 11a is not a luxerious romantic stay... I would only recommend this one bedroom condo for families or friends.
