Poorly Managed

Requested 2 Queen beds with a Rollaway. Checked in. Went to room, not queen but full size beds. Also no room for roll away. Went back to front desk to complain. Manager on duty said, "As far as I am concerned, those are Queen Beds" and offered no help or effort to satisfy my needs. No effort to correct and no apology. Second night had spring breakers upstairs. Repeated attempts to solicit help from front desk was unsuccessful. No apology upon checking out. Will not stay her ever again. Poorly managed. Staff was not helpful or friendly and were very incompetent. Day manager very rude and unwilling or unable to fulfill requests. Each time walking through the lobby heard other guests complaining and witnessed no efforts to correct and take care of complaints. Very lackadaisical and unprofessional attitude from staff.

I can confirm that this hotel is English friendly place. The hotel looks normal from the outside, but when I checked in to my executive suite. It looks absolutely fabulous. I was only $10/day more compare to the queen bed suite. Service was excellent while the buffet

".. I've stayed now 3 times at the crowne & would recommend it simply as a English friendly hotel, Easy walk to good shopping, nice safe walk to world trade center. Good Staff. go out of there way to be accommodating. Wish there internet was a bit more price friendly but overall..GREAT.. also took my three kids there and wife during one trip and had NO problems, GREAT HOTEL..and like the people.. they are good, honest and hardworking.
