HOTEL ROOM

I was so much disappointed in this hotel. It was in the worse area and the hotel was filty. The restroom was beyond dirty and it had rust on the toilet and the faucets. I was there for such a good reason to see my grandson at Ft Benning, OMG I was scared at nite there was fighting in the room next to mine. Sorry but never never will I go anywhere near there again. My grandson will be at Ft Beening for at least another year and I will be traveling to Colombus very often. But I do not think I will ever use this service again. ANd the people at online travel website were very friendly on the phone but maybe they have no idea in what area we are looking into or there services. So I was happy with your company but not with the hotel. Thank You

Don't stay here. Don't get ironing board and freg even if you request one. They over charged us and we haven't been able to talk to anyone who can help fefund it. Customer Service number is no help. May be close to Fort Benning but who cares !!!! Stay in Alabama is easy too. Don't waist you money !!!!

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to Ft Benning, GA, where we were to attend a graduation. The room stunk of cigarette smoke, the paint was peeling and overall it was shabby. I would not stay there again.

Flop House - STAY AWAY

a. They rent rooms by the hour b. Ceiling in bathroom was collapsing c. Pool was closed by health department d. Bath tub was finished in peeling paint e. Bathroom floor was foul f. Witnessed burnt matress in front of room nextdoor g. General high level of filth h. Lasted 1 hour until we could book a room somewhere else i. Rest stops on the highway are cleaner j. This is in the worst section of town

My stay at Day Inn COlumbus was great. Hotel is in great location close to everything. My room was very clean and had all amenities i was looking for. I will be back there again with my family.
