good place

I booked this hotel with a name your own price sight. The hotel was nice, clean, close to beaches and activities, but out of the way as well. I called a few days prior to our arrival to see if we could secure a room with two full beds for my daughters and myself. I was told they were sold out. I asked for a cot to be rolled in and was told that would be ok. We got there, Tina, who was very helpful and friendly, noted the cot request. She stated that some rooms couldn't occomodate cots, but the one we were in could. She stated it would be up soon. We called the desk about an hour later to be told it couldn't be done due to being a fire hazard. We called back and asked for a couple of extra pillows, thinking I could make a bed for myself with the chair and ottoman. They said they would get a couple down, then called back and stated they didn't have extras. It was somewhat of an uncomforable two nights. With the exception of Tina, I felt there was little concern about this.

Down for a family funeral. Staff went above and beyond to make our family as comfortable as possible. The hotel was very clean. Rooms comfortable. Breakfast in AM with lots of choices. Very internet connected. Having experience with FWB area, there are many activities to do, however, this wasn't one of those trips. Would highly recommend this facility.
