Hilton is close to everything in Hartford. The room we had was excelent. We received a free upgrade to a suite. We will always stay here when in Hartford.
This hotel has horrible customer service! and don't be fooled by the pool and hot tub!!

The hotel's staff was excellent , from the bellman to house keeping! However, this property is getting a little long in the tooth and needs an upgrade. This is not a good value for the money spent.

Stayed here for the NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament next door at the Hartford Civic Center. Very luxurious linens and comfortable beds, nice restaurant downstairs, recommended.
