I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The hotel was conveniently located in the French Quarter. We were within walking distance to many of New Orleans' attractions. The hotel was creatively decorated. Our room was very plush and very clean. There were several outlets and mirrors-- which came in handy since we were traveling with a bunch of girls and we could simultaneously get ready. Because of the heat, we took showers several times a day and the front desk had no probelm sending us extra towels. The clerks at the front desk were eager to help. The pool area was extremely small and could only accommodate a few people at a time.

The hotel was great! The staff was wonderful, they were courteous and helpful. The hotel was clean and everything was in good condition. The hotel was close enough to the French Quarter and the Riverwalk so that we never had to drive anywhere or take a cab. The only drawback that we saw, the pool that they have there is a little disappointing. If you have children and want something like that, you will be disappointed(pool was more like an oversized spa) Overall though, it worked out great for us! Will definitely stay there again!

This property was a real "sleeper." I was expecting a budget property consistent with the price, but found, instead, a very nicely appointed, newly renovated, clean hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was converted from four warehouses and retains some of the aesthetics of the warehouse (e.g., exposed beams and brick inside). The concierge, the desk clerks, and the bell staff were all very helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is a block off of Canal Street and the French Quater on one side and several blocks from the river and convention sites on the other. I would recommend this property without qualification to any business traveler or family. If I ever find myself in New Orleans again, I would stay here again in a minute.
Hotel is awesome.. just had a "revealing experience".

This hotel is very nice. The staff was very courteous, and professional. The location is great and the valet parking was safe and fast on service. The room was very clean and comfortable. Most important, the ac works great. We could keep the room very cool, which is important in New Orleans.
The only negatives were really minor but worth mentioning.
The room, although very nice, is not as updated as other hotels in this price range. No HD tvs and basic cable. The bed was comfortable, but there was a lack of pillows. I called for extra and the guy from housekeeping brought me one.. one single pillow for a king size bed. I asked for at least two more and he put his foot down, responding maybe I can give you one, but that's it. I mean come on.. was it his own personal pillow stash? Mgmt. took care of it, but it was unnecessary aggravation. Especially, since, upon booking this room, I asked if I could have extra pillows because of a bad back. Also the floor plan can be a little overwhelming, and the pool isn't as big as it looks on the webpage.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel 5 times.....every time it has been a pleasure!! The hotel is very clean and well-run.....the beds are wonderful. We will always stay here when we travel to New Orleans. What a fabulous city!!!
