4 Point Sheraton--good on the whole

I stayed in the Sheraton going and returning from a car vacation, and had my Sheltie with me. My first night stay was very good. We had a room on the 5th floor, and the air was fresh and clean. The room smelled really good. Everything was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet--we slept really well. On the down side, it was obvious that the shampoo and conditioner bottles were not new, and they were not full. I really disliked that. The "free" breakfast was really terrible--packaged sugary high fat junk food. The second stay was not quite as good. The room was okay, but because of having the dog with me, they put me on the first floor by the door. The room was not as clean and fresh, and of course it was noisy all night long. Since my dog was quiet and clean on the first visit, I did not think this was necessary. The staff was nice, but they are not very professional. This Sheraton is more like an EconoLodge or Motel 8. It's fine for an overnight stay, but I would not want to spend any more time there.

would not here again

stayed twice first time room smelled brought the attention to manager. was given free nite stay. Used this several months later found out the hotel has mice. there is a staff of employees that cannot understand what you are saying. they said the hotel was remodeled. yes when you walk in it looks nice. after that forget it.

I stayed here on a forced US Airways layover. Maybe it was the exhaustion from travel or that I didn't have to pay for the room, but it was a nice hotel with friendly staff. Room was modern and comfortable. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Upon arrival only one elevator was in service. The hotel was smelly and old. The staff left alot to be desired with manners and helpfulness. The airconditioner in the room was so loud could not sleep.

Last resort..if nothing else is available.
