large sum of money stolen from hotel room safe

Our hotel safe was tampered with and money was stolen. Hotel staff was incompetent once this was discovered, and had no idea what to do about it. The hotel did not know how to address this internally, and we had to file a police report. The investigation continues at this time.
In addition, the facilities were not worth the high rates, with no gym or spa, and a $15/hour internet fee. Our hotel key card decoded every time we returned to the hotel; each time it had to be recoded. The staff was often poorly trained. In the restaurant, we usually had to place orders at least twice before we were served.
I would recommend that no one stay here.
