Worst vacation ever

First night we found a mushroom.. yes mushroom growing out of the carpet of the second story room Our aunts room had some type of bugs all over the ceiling. Two days later our truck was stolen from the hotel parking lot. Yes the hotel moved us to diifferent rooms and compted our rooms, but that was minimal to the termoil we have been in trying to get horses and family home.

Just ok

I have to say the best thing about this hotel were the beds. They were comfortable and the pillows were soft and fluffy. Breakfast was terrible. I went down at 7:30am and the eggs were gone, there was one bagel left and a bunch of donuts all of which were stale. The two trashcans in the breakfast area were both about to spill over and the staff didnt much care that we had no place to throw our plates away other than stacking them on the to of the heap. Housekeeping didnt wash my coffee pot which I could have forgiven if they had given me more coffee but I didnt get that either. So my complaints are minor and I would stay here again because of the beds being awsome. Wireless internet worked well, the room was clean and the hotel itself smelled nice.

Will look for a more comfortable place next stay

The price for this hotel was not terrible, but I will not stay here again. Cramped is the best description for the facility. The hotel offered a continental breakfast in which it provided seating for eleven people, however if anyone was seated you could not comfortablly get to the perimeter/counter to get your food, or between the tables. It was extemely akward. Also, we had what they called a suite, however if the pull out couch was being used there was not any room to pass between the couch and the desk (that the second television was on). The remote control for the television by the bed did not work, and daily we would tell them at the front desk, and they would tell us they would replace the batteries and that would take care of the problem; it never did work. If you are planning on commuting to and from ORU please be aware that it is much farther than the .08 miles indicated on most travel sites

Our hotel was absolutely like coming home. It was clean, neat, quiet, comfortable. The room service was excellent and fast. The front desk very helpful with getting around Tulsa. the breakfast was everything you want. I have never stayed in a hotel that is this quiet with a room so big and comfy. I wish all hotels would use this for a model. If I ever went to Tulsa again I would definately stay here.
