This hotel was great! It was easy to get to Disney and SeaWorld. The pool is heated and stayed open later than the times listed. There is high speed Internet in the rooms. I needed help with it and called the front desk. A person came to my room and helped me right away. It was wonderful! The only problem I had was I needed directions to a place. When I went downstairs to ask a staff member, no one was at the front desk. I rang a bell 5-6 times, but no one ever assisted me. Other than that, the hotel was awesome- especially for the price!
Bad Management

On a recent visit Hampton Inn sold property to Palms with no warning and the Palms management did not work with guest. Charging a resort fee that you could not get out of paying even though it was not part of quote. MnGT would not work with you on this and were rude. Staff would talk to each other before the guests. would not ever ever go there again

This HAMPTON property has quick check-in, better than average housekeeping services, a great complimentary breakfast and a good location. Tough to beat!

This hotel is a good value in Orlando. The hotel was clean, service good, and very economical for the area--especially with a hot breakfast included in the price. A good place to stay for business travelers.
