room was part of vacation package.very clean & quiet.Some difficulties finding hotel.Great bargain for the price.Will recommend to friends & family.Also the breakfast was excellent.

Very clean. Able to use all of the palms villa amenities. Close to disney.

Good: Big room with kitchenette, we had a king suite. Great location, but hard to get to from I-4. Not crowded. Not so good: No internet access in our room, unless you want to use dial up. Poor lighting in outside common areas, reported to maintenance and was being worked on when we checked out. Breakfast should go to 10AM. Add some access to fax and scanners for business travelers should be considered.

We checked into a room that had been trashed and the bed stolen out of it. We informed front desk and they were not helpful. Housekeeping was rude and kicked us out of the room at one point so they could clean. NOT ACCOMADATING

Very happy with this property. It was very clean and it was quiet. The room was nicer than I expected. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for lodging in Orlando. It's also very close to Disney.
