We came to visit Mizzou and after checking all the hotels in the Columbia area we decided to go with the one with all of the smiley faces. We were very happy with our choice. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The workout area was very small: 3 machines, a tv, and a water cooler, however, they were all brand new and no one was in the room working out, so I guess it was just the right size. The free breakfast was nice, it was very clean and there was a nice selection. The free high speed internet access was nice as well. Good water pressure in the shower and the shower head was really awesome! Great place. We will be back!

We take frequent road trips, and this Wingate offers outstanding value for your money. The facility and rooms are very nice and clean. The rooms have unusual amenities for the price and comfortable beds. The staff is competent, caring, and helpful. The hot breakfast is quite good, much better than most in this price range. I?ve never written a review for a motel before, but this was such a pleasant experience that i wanted to share it. You won?t find many motels this nice for this price.

We stayed at the Wingate while checking our daughter into college. Wonderful stay. We will definately stay here each time we return to visit her. The staff was very nice, the hotel lobby pretty and clean. Good breakfast bar. Room was very nice, comfortable bed. Refridgerator and microwave was a plus we weren't expecting. Only complaint was finding how to enter the parking lot from the highway - a bit confusing!

Very comfortable room, very pleasant stay. Essentially a mini-suite for the price of a standard room. Very nicely decorated, clean, and quiet. Another review wrote that the Wingate was their first choice when traveling to Columbia, and I whole-heartedly agree!
