We had to switch rooms 3 times to get a room which was ok. The room we ended up with the lock on the main door didn't line up with it's lock. not very safe. The bathroom door was broken. the other rooms we tried one smelled like smoke and was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The other was faceing a trailer park which we didn't know about till we got to the room.
