Our room was super nice. Staff was very accomadating. Breakfast was addaquate. Bed was super comfortable. Easy access to room. Like being able to back up to the door and unload easily. Everything we needed was there and more. Would definately stay there again and would highly recommend this place to others.

When we arrived and checked in and went to the assigned room, we flipped on the light switch and nothing happened. Upon Investigation, there was no bulb in the fixture operated by the switch. We found other lights to turn on and discovered the heat was shut off and it was an extremely cold night. We sat with our coats on and waited as the heater began to heat the room. I think we could have called the front desk for a bulb but there was nothing they could have done about the heat. We were both quite tired from a long day of driving but thought we might wash ourselves and go out for dinner. It was then we discovered there was only 1 wash cloth and 1 towel per person. Scrap that plan. I sat at the desk to make a call and found there was no light on or by the desk.Later we find that there are only 5 facial tissues in the whole room. We decided to go to bed, which we did and were blessed with a good nights rest. The next morning we went to the office to enjoy there "continental breakfast" . I don't know what continent this is fashioned after but we thought better of partaking upon viewing it, checked out and left never to return.

The services there were great. The room was clean, cozy and provided everything I needed. Everyone was very friendly. Their continental breakfasts were delicious!

The sign may say Ramada but this place falls far short of that.Of 4 light fixtures in the sleeping area, 2 had no bulbs. The fabric on the couch was frayed.Overall, the place was rather grungy.
