The hotel was good. The one bedroom suite is spacious and is much better when you travel with children. More room for them to play and for adults to relax.

"The Palms is a great hotel to stay in if you are traveling to Orlando and would like the " home" away from " home" feel. The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel does not supply a shuttle to/from the airport and I ended up paying $57 one way for the airport. Don't be confused by "free shuttle to Disney parks". It does not incl. Universal, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, etc. Staff was GREAT!!!!! They were the best part of the hotel by far!"

we really enjoyed the hotel, especially the pool. It is close to disney, universal, restaurants, shopping. I was surprised to read a bad review about the room and that there were cockroaches, we did not see one the whole week we were there. we thought it was very clean and well worth the money. I would recommend this hotel to any one and we would stay there again. The only disadvantage was there is no internet service available in the rooms, you have to go to the lobby, which was a little inconvienent.

I wouldn't even call this dump a hotel, it was the worst I've stayed at by far. The people working there were very inconsiderate and rude! Our room smelled like a ash tray and it had stains on the carpet. There were roaches in dishwasher. We had asked for a room away from the highway and we got a room right in front of the highway. We couldn?t sleep. After no sleep the cleaning ladies woke us up, early! Breakfast- Full of carbs and no fruit. Please, save your money
