Too far to walk to our room from the elevator. Only one set of elevators in the hotel. The toilet was too low and too small. Flow from the water faucets were too low. Water drained from the basin too slow. Light in the bathroom was not bright enough. The bed and mattress were very comfortable and we slept very well. The cost was about twice what we nortmally pay at a Hampton Inn which we have found to be of better quality.

I come once or twice a year to see my doctor at MCO all the way from Chicago. I always stay at the Hilton because it is the best hotel in the area, and it is right on the campus of the hospital. The rooms are spaceous, clean, and very comfortable, and the pool and hot tub are wonderful. The dining inside the hotel is affordable and the food is excellent! Don't forget to let the staff know that you are a patient with MCO when you are making your reservation, because you will get a discount. Overall, there is no better place to stay when visiting Toledo or Maumee!!!!

Very nice hotel. Clean.Beds are heavenly. I loved the pillows and had to buy one. Will stay here again.

"the hotel itself was very nice. however the room was not cleaned very well. it had not been dusted, there were crumbs in places, empty water bottles and other trash under the bed and what appeared to be urine on the base of the toilet. it appeared that someone had come in and cleaned the room very quickly and had not done an adequate job."

The hotel was clean. The rooms were decorated very posh. The dining, security and cleaning personnel were extremely nice and helpful.
