Good enough experience

Have stayed in other Emabassy Suites and all good. This one was good, but terrible stale smell of cigarettes in room from prior use. Stayed there and could smell the whole time. Only bad thing other than the pull-out bed! Ouch! I chose this one because of free travel to Disney! Excellent!

Can't be Beat

I booked a quick family trip, taking our daughter and her friend to Disneyland. The hotel was immaculate as were the rooms. Very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. The shuttle to and from Disneyland worked out great. The Manager's Reception actually had the Manager walking around and greeting the guests! No small drinks here, full size beers and cocktails. The breakfast was much better than the Denny's ($30.00) we had on the way down. Overall, this Embassy is one of the best that we have stayed at. You can't beat the Manager's Reception and the cooked to order breakfast. We were very satisfied.

Great Place to Stay for Disney Trip

This hotel is very nice from the clean comfortable rooms, the the atrium complete with pond and carp and turtles. If you are planning a trip to Disneyland this hotel has a free shuttle. You do need to make reservations for the shuttle to ensure there will be enough room, but overall it worked very well. It is far easier than trying to drive and deal with the parking mess. The hotel is located near a few main highways that make it easy to get to many other vacation spots like the beach. There are few other businesses in the immediate vicinity, but within a five minute drive you have access to many restaurants, Grocery stores, Walmart, and a shopping mall. The hotel restaurant is also very good. The breakfast served is fantastic with omelets made to order, pancakes, waffles, french toast, hash browns, eggs fruit, pastries, juice, and more.

Best Overall Value, no complaints!

The outside is nothing special and thought ut oh but once you walk in, we were immediately greeted by a friendly staff and the inside lobby is beautiful like the pictures showed. The two room suite is very clean and updated. The bed was comfy. When they came to change our sheets, the maid straightened up all of our stuff on the bathroom counter unto a towel and hung up our wet bathing suits. They also a offer a FULL cooked to order breakfast (omelettes, pancakes etc..), not just juice and fruit. There was all you can eat cereals, fruits, pastries, drinks. Only downside was the bacon, sausage, and potatoes sat in a warmer were not too hot but take it to your room where you have a microwave and fridge. Parking is free and we had no "surprise" charges on our bill. The shuttle was free to Disneyland. Left every hour and pick up every half hour. The indoor pool was clean and nice along with a workout room although not huge but sufficient. They also had a small arcade for kids to play video games. The ENTIRE staff was more than friendly. We were more than pleased with our stay and will definietely stay again. Could not have asked for more with the price.

It is a very nice place. If you don't like kids don't stay here. There are numerous small kids. This property is very near Disneyland with a free shuttle to Disneyland. Literally hundreds of little ones. A very nice room. One problem--- it is $9.95 a day to use the Internet. Very helpful staff.
