The staff was accomdating and very service oriented. All employees greeted me from the moment I arrived and throughout my stay. The property is gorgeous and they are finishing some of the floors. Oddly enough, I hardly noticed there was any construction going on or that there was only one elevator in operation. The rooms were very nice and the flat screen TV was great! The Fitness Center was not available and I was allowed to use the facilities in the next building--awesome!
The excellent service and attitude of the staff more than made up for any minor glitches one might experience during an opening. I worked in hotels for 15 years and don't offer praise easily. The staff made "eye" contact with guests and that is rare in the service industry today. BRAVO!!!
As a single traveler, I recommend this property because I felt safe and comfortable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others and plan on returning.

We stayed here in January and it was our first stay at the Sheraton. We absolutely loved it. Most of all the Manager of the Restaraunt was very welcoming with his hospitality. Enjoyed everything about this hotel. Will call on them again for our next visit. Thank you.

I will admit when we first drove up to the Sheraton and saw all the ongoing construction on the adjacent condo property we were afraid we had made a bad choice as far as hotels went. Our fears were laid to rest as soon as we entered the hotel. Our bags were taken care of, checking in was easy, and the hotel looked very clean. We were given a choice of free breakfast or 3 free in-room movies to make up for the nearby construction. The beach is right outside the hotel. The pool was large and my kids enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet was superb. We are already planning our next stay at the Sheraton!

I really enjoyed my vacations the hotel has a great location , the people at the front desk are frendly, the room was very clean and the swiming pool had a part with warm water it was great because this days were a little coold , everything was excellent! My wife and my mother in love love it. We are thinking comming back in the next vacations."

this hotel was the best and had the best service i have ever recived .housekeeping and the front desk were so nice ,and meet all our needs .beach is right their and the rooms are clean .,i have to say i loved it and will be coming back .
