We arrived on a Sun. night and got the non-smoking room requested. A refrigerator was also provided free at our request for hubby's medications. Microwave was available in the breakfast area (for popcorn and restaurant leftovers). Room was clean, hotel free breakfast was quite adequate, pool and hot tub area was nicely landscaped with towels provided. Hotel was quiet and peaceful. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our boarding passes were cheerfully printed for us the night before we flew home. Parking was free and the hotel was located in a quiet, safe area. We could walk to several restaurants, a movie theater complex and were across the street from a great mall. We were also close to the highway and had easy access to Tampa attractions. We could also easily drive inland to central Florida. Hotel also had a Manitowoc Company ice machine (always check since that's where we're from)!! We would return here in a heartbeat any time we're in the Tampa area. It was very very nice!

We called the front desk and explained that we had reservations for non smoking rooms. They told us that they had no non smoking rooms left. Hotel staff came and put an air freshner in the room but we still could not sleep because the bed and pillow smelled like an ashtray. Also, the clock in the room was two hours fast so we ended up getting down to breakfast 2 hours before it was ready. I would not even recommend this hotel to the devil himself!

Our family of four stayed for four days and loved every minute. What a beautiful hotel! The pool was warm and the hot tub next to it was quite hot with easy to use controls. The courtyard was just what you would want on a vacation - so picturesque, I'll never forget. There was plenty to pick from for breakfast and the room was so perfect!

I really like the amenities and the room was clean and beautiful. I felt the price was very reasonable. I really enjoyed my stay.
