Even though there was a short (10 min.) wait to check in, this was a great hotel for the money. The room was clean and the facility was fabulous! There has obviously been some remodeling lately. We stayed in November and my kids loved the indoor pool and skee ball games. The breakfast was super! That is no "continental breakfast". I had never seen such a nice set up. Eggs, grits, bacon, waffles, fresh fruit, the list went on and on. The worst that happened was the grocery supplier was late our first morning and they didn't have milk for an hour or two. We even extended our stay by a night because we were having such a great time!

I'm going to make this short. My husband and I booked a night here when we were moving out of our home in Clarksville. We woke up the next morning with ants coming out of the sink pipe and crawling all over our belongings. They were inside my brush, our drinking glasses and worst... IN OUR CHILD'S BOTTLES AND NIPPLES. I have never been so disgusted. And to top it off, the only thing the hotel did for us was give us $7 MEASLY dollars off of our already $** tab. Thanks for nothing. NEVER AGAIN.
Great Experience, would recommend to others

We stayed with several other families for a soccer tournament Friday-Sunday. We were anxious booking rooms via the internet because you never know what you get. We were very impressed with the quality of the hotel for the price. Our room had a very comfortable King size bed and a full size bed. We requested a roll away bed as well since there were five of us and to our pleasant surprise it was just as comfortable as the others. It was not the fold in half kind but a regular mattress. The room had a large plasma TV, refrigerator, microwave, and hairdryer. It had FREE local calls, FREE wireless, and FREE breakfast. The TV also had a media hookup so you can bring a DVD player, it had a place to plug in your cell phone and your laptop for recharging. The breakfast had a hostess to seat you and a waitress that brought pots of coffee, water, and other items requested. They served breakfast off a menu (menu prices) or the FREE breakfast buffet which consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, grits, biscuits, sausage gravy, pancakes, french toast, egg casserole, fruit (watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes, apples, oranges), cereal, yogurt. It also had apple juice, orange juice, tomato juice, 2% and skim milk. Inside the hotel there were an inside pool, baby pool, hot tub, and sauna. It had an outside pool as well. The pools were good size and never got overly crowded considering there were tons of kids there for the soccer tournament. The rooms had been recently remodeled and were very tasteful. We had a great experience and would recommend it for anyone traveling with children or on business.

garbage, lots of bags left in corner of hallway by the second floor laundry over weekend. courtesy can overflowing. Althrough we didn,t find much "good food" oh, your breakfast buffet was yuck sausage mussy , the scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs bacon too greasey , the fruit was a true delight as well the juices. Now I see why it's free. Really the juice and fruit were nice. I know you're redoing the hotel so I'll have to rerate it after my next stay. Sure I'll go back, the staff was great!!
