Description: Our stay at the Eldorado was one of the highlights of our trip to Santa Fe, and a deluxe getaway with a Southwestern flavor. Our room was beautifully decorated with paintings and rugs in the New Mexican tradition, and a comfortable arm chair. Even the armoir for the TV was artfully constructed. The luxurious lobby and lounge are also grand and full of Southwestern Art. (see photo below)
One of the best features of the the Eldorado is its wonderful heated rooftop pool and jacuzzi, which we found was an excellent and scenic place to relax and watch the sunset around the city.
This hotel was just steps away from the shopping and dining in Santa Fe. The service was excellent, and the concierge even provided us with custom maps for the different day trips around Santa Fe. Valet parking also makes this hotel very convenient.
It's easy to see why this is an award winning hotel.
