Awful View

The room was ok. Carpet was stained and caulking on bathtub looked old and moldy. Worst part was the view, there is a lovely view of a cemetary right outside your window on the opposite side of the parking lot.

It is a moderately priced, very clean, and pet friendly hotel with many restaurants nearby. It's a little more costly during July especially. Center for attractions and shopping. There's another Holiday Inn in Gatlinburg, TN, about 3 miles away. The one in Gatlinburg has a restaurant that is quite reasonable, and is pet friendly too, it is located in center of Gatlinburg.

Reception friendly. My parents bathroom was dirty when we first arrived, but all it took was one call and it was cleaned within minutes. Didn't have any issues with mine and my husband's room. Very pleasant stay. Yummy breakfast.
