had wrong name on bill--no remote control for room asked for one didn't have one they didin't care-no wash clothes- no shampoo no nothing
The Worst Hotel I've ever stayed at

The room was dirty when we got there, used soaps in the shower and sink. The shower drain was clogged and the toilet was stopped up. The front desk was rude and unhelpful. We called them to come look at our room, and after some insistence on our part they finally agreed to send someone by to look at it, but no one ever showed up.

The very rude hotel manager upon checkout just shrugged her shoulders like she couldn't care less about my concerns and actually tried to argue with me! Took 3 tries to get a clean room. HBO not working. Microwave not working.One towel for 2 people. Price upon checkout not what was promised. Too many other places to stay in the area to take a chance on this place! And you would have thought we would have had a great room, service, rate, ect being off- season....NOT! Even contacted corporate services after getting back home but to no avail.

We checked in 03/02, they had messed up our reservation. They did upgrade us to a nicer room.Housekeeping was very rude. They pounded on our door at 9:00 AM on Saturday. She was quite rude and did not apologize.
