This is the worst stay in my life. They charge for Valet Parking $45 and Wireless $14 to $15 per day even their website says they are available and included. Business Ethics is ZERO over here. They charge for everything. My 2 day stays are around $* Extra Pillows and Towels are not provided when requested in my confirmation. Mgmt. Barbara at the front desk seems that she does not read her e-mails or does not know how to read her e-mail. Website says that Vallet Parket and Wireless Internet are available. " NYC Parking Package Rate includes guest room accommodation and Valet Parking (In/Out Privilege not included) When you are in town to see New York City attractions, the last thing you want to do is spend time looking for parking. Let us make travelling to New York City a little easier. Just drive right up to the front of the hotel on 42nd Street and your car will be valet parked in a secure garage for the duration of your stay, leaving you free for New York City sightseeing. Valet parking (In/Out Privilege? Guest room accommodations ?Package includes: not included) " " Wired or wireless high-speed Internet access helps you get your work done so you can relax and enjoy the comfort of your room. The Superior Queen Rooms have all the delights of our Standard Rooms with a luxurious queen-sized bed in which you can rejuvenate and start the day afresh! Smoking rooms may be arranged upon request and availability. "

Dirty bedding---hairs. 2nd set of bedding had blood stains. After 2 hours we were given a new room but had to move our bags ourselves. Assistant manager refusted to come to the front desk to speak with us about the 2 sets of dirty bedding. Horrible front desk service. POOR Managment!

Our stay at The Tudor was pleasant however my girlfriend and I found the hotel manager a little flirtation and inappropriate. Upon our arrival, we were introduced to a very good looking, tall, dark haired gentlemen who introduced himself as the manager of the hotel. My girlfriend and I were celebrating her birthday and this was our first time visiting from England. After meeting us, the manager kept calling our room to see if we needed anything and he kept inviting us out for a cocktial. Odd we thought, especially since we both noticed a wedding band on his finger. We kept making excuses because we found this so peculiar and quite frankly, made us very uncomfortable. The nerve of him thinking we wanted to join him for drinks and when we kept making excuses he just did not get it. The hotel staff were average but pleasant. Great location and in the middle of town and easy for us to get any where. But the manager and his persistence and borderline advances were less then to be desired. We actually bumped into another woman that noticed the same odd behavior of the manager. If you are a female traveling alone, I would suggest you avoid this hotel.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in thepast three years. The hotle was updated in about 1970. For $500 (preferred rate!) I was shocked at how poor this facility and its staff was.
