Stayed one night to be close to PHX. They offer transport to airport. Air conditioner did not work, immediately changed us to a different room. Not a really great neighborhood to be exploring, but did not feel unsafe in the hotel. Room clean and adequate. No problems.

Stayed here on a family trip. The location is reasonable to the A/P, but rather gamey. Quite a few shady characters walking around. Strip clubs, etc.
The room was reasonbly clean, but the toilet was tipsey. The hot water was out during my stay, so no shower prior to getting out on an early flight. When I contacted travel agent with the issue, they instructed me to work it out with hotel management. I contacted the office to inquire about some fair adjustment to my charges and was told that wasn't going to happen because they supposedly fixed the water heater. Didn't help me though since I had already left. Not fair, but that is life. Next time I am in town I am going to collect on my shower. Good Luclk! Stay somewhere else!

The staff was really nice, rooms were clean. Bed was great not sagging. Need to perk up their continental breakfast but for a inexpensive place to sleep it was great. We would stay again for short visits.
Oasis for missed connection

Missed connection, & "deal" the airline offered was no deal at all! I did far better on my own: free shuttle, Internet & breakfast. Kind manager who *offered* me a toothbrush! I didn't have to ask! Simple, clean, affordable, close to airport. Exactly what I needed for a forced layover.
