Family vacation

The service we received from the front desk and room service was excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel and it does show its age, but for the price the location was great. The river runs on the back of the hotel and its great for walking and biking. The pool and the jaquzzi leave a lot to be desired. They do need more attention. The breakfast was great. We would certainly stay there again.

I stayed with my mom for a week away. The shuttle to/from airport was free but also smelled old and like cigarretts. The lobby also smelled - a combination of popcorn, urine, and must. The room was just like in the pictures but again, it didn't feel clean b/c of the smell. The maids came everyday we wanted them to and did a nice job cleaning. There is nothing around this hotel to walk to, so you will have to rent a car or take a $5 cab ride downtown. I suggest renting the car before you arrive in Boise b/c it saves money. There were many choices for the free breakfast - waffles, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, omelets, cereal... All of the staff were polite and helpful but some were unkempt.

We planned a trip to Boise for Spring Break. While the motel is outdated the staff was helpful and they had nice ammenities. Free internet, breakfast, cookies, popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate, fruit in the lobby day or night. Pretty quiet during the week, I don't know if we would stay on the weekend. But overall a good stay.
