This is a great historic hotel in a small rural town where everyone is just passing through. This is a piece of Americana that should not be missed!! The hotel was spotless and so historic!. The owners have done a great job restoring it. The rooms are clean and charming. We had a jacuzzi tub and the room was large. All railroad buffs will love this historic, railroad hotel.

This is a charming hotel where the owner(s) are trying diligently to make it a memorable experience. My experiences over the last 5 years have been hot and cold. It is where I had my wedding in 2003 and it was a bad experience. However, staying at the hotel as a guest and eating in their dining room is highly recommended. Be sure to tell them you DO NOT want a room near the train as there are a few rooms where you will not sleep through the night for all the ruckus and shaking.

Whether you're an Arizonan wanting to get away or a traveller to the Grand Canyon & other sights....this hotel is well worth the visit! Food is excellent too....

A charming historical hotel that the owners are dedicated to preserving. The rooms are quaint, clean and a mix of 1930's and modern. The owner's artwork is displayed throughout the hotel. The onset restaurant is pricey but excellent with innovative regional dishes with fresh local ingredients. Dinner and breakfast were exquisite! The room pricing is fair and the people are very friendly.
