Our stay was good. The motel was conveniently located with nearby mall and good restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable...just as described online. We would stay again.

Almost changed our minds about staying here!

We walked into the front lobby, but weren't greeted by anyone. The college-age clerk at the front desk never looked up from the book she was reading when we walked in. When I asked if we could check in, she stated brusquely, "Not for an hour and a half!" When I asked if I could at least go ahead and pay for our room, she repeated, "Not for an hour and a half!" She never got up out of her chair, and she never set her book down. Since we had "an hour and a half" to kill, I asked for directions to a pizza place. Her reply was, "Turn left and drive a little while. You'll probably see one somewhere." After that encounter we thought long and hard about staying here (first impressions are everything, folks). The only reason we came back was for the indoor pool my kids wanted to swim in. Actually, the pool was the best thing about this hotel. The room itself was "okay"... the bed was comfortable enough, and everything appeared to be clean, although there were several sugar ants in the bathroom. The hot breakfast was "okay", too. I don't recommend the overly-processed, weird-tasting eggs, but the "make-your-own" waffles were decent. Personally, I won't be staying here again.

This inn deserves a rating of 4-5, on a 5-point scale. Upon arriving, there was an odor in our suite (either cleaning solution or air conditioning smell), that disappeared by the 2nd day. The free breakfast included eggs, make-your-own waffles, cereal, danishes, fruit, and juices. The exercise room had only 3 pieces of equipment, all cardiovascular, and one didn't work. Both rooms in the suite had their own air conditioning/heating. Only one person worked the front desk at a time (so sometimes the desk was unattended).
