This hotel was great. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very nice. I never miss a hotel when I leave but I miss this one. The hotel is located in the Dallas West End District so there is a lot to do within walking distance. Parking can be an issue but there is a 20 min loading zone at the hotel entrance and the staff can tell you were the best place to park is. If you want to stay in a nice dowtown Dallas hotel without going broke this is the place for you!

The hotel was nice, and the staff was VERY accomidation. However, the rooms looked bigger in the pictures than they actually were. Also, I did not like the AC units that adjusted the temperature up when you were not in the room.

Rooms were very small. Few outlets. Outdated. Tiny bathroom, no shelves, fixtures weren't working. Ok for 1 nt or short bus. stay. Not for vacation.
