this place is perfect for going to the parks universal is the furthest away at 20 min every thing else is is 5 to 10 min away . the picture of the room we ended up getting is not the one shown it was a b unit . but it was enough for the two of us .will go back next year

I was very impressed with the room and also the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They provide you with a driver that can take you to restaurants,supermakets etc... for free of charge. Yes!!! it's free. I would stay here again it was a perfect getaway.

Checked in at 2 am, and they did not have my reservation. They gave me a room, but it took some time. Front desk Staff dressed in old T shirts - not professional appearance. Long walk from parking to front of building, but there was a loading zone very close. Air Conditioner did not cool bedroom adequately Good clean room, great location, great pool!

Great hotel or timeshare. Centrally located right next to I-4 and the parks. Very clean and the room was spacious. Everything felt new at the room. The only complaint I had, was no bar, not even at the pool. when we are on vacation, we like a poolside bar. But you are allowed to have your own, but a bar would be nice. but all and all a great place to stay.

Although the rooms do not have wireless internet access for work, the deluxe suite with the large tub and king bed is perfect for a get away. We normally stay at the Gaylord Palms Resort, but due to over crowding we decided to stay somewhere else. Also, somewhere much less expensive. We couldn't have pick a better place. There was 24 hour security, clean and open rooms, and the front desk was extreamly helpful and curtious. We will certainly be coming back, especially since booking on Travel agent saves you almost 50% of the hotels normal check in rate.
