"Room not as advertised. Beds old, squeaked, springs stuck up, bedspreads old and pillows awful. Mold & mildew in bathroom. Staff rude and not helpful. Electric receptacles loose in wall. Room musty, would not exchange. Returned to room at 3:15 PM and still no housekeeping. Requested housekeeping spray colorox in shower - did not happen. Will never stay again."

We were very disappointed in the hotel. We had requested 2 queen size beds and got 2 double, very small beds. The bathroom was so small. Not enough cabinet space in the bathroom to store your toiletries and morning stuff. We were very disappointed.

Literally took 7 minutes from Disney Parking lot to get to my room. Amazing staff, amazing pools, pet friendly, wonderful rooms, etc. Really great service. Highly recommend. Will return.

Beautiful, friendly and safe, maid service was superb and very affordable. Sleep Number bed, excellent place to go to. The pool was open 24 hours, hot tub, cool pool, and warm pool. It was so nice, in fact we purchased a timeshare through this property.

Arrived at hotel and found they didn't book us a King bed as was requested. We also requested Sleep Number Bed, and didn't get that either. I requested them to change and they were very rude and didn't want to help. The room we got had 2 small double beds that felt like sleeping on a table. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioner made this loud grunting/rattling sound that kept both my husband and myself awake all night. The bathroom was the funniest. The door to the bathroom doesn't open, it hits the toliet!! Do not recommend this hotel!
