Good time, nice hotel

Not good experience

Stayed for business in November. Rate was good but hotel was not. Surley staff, dirty guest room and bathroom and mediocre food. Next time I will stay at one of the better brands.

Great fitness facilities

--Room was fine--clean, adequate floor space, closets, hangars, etc. --Pool has separate spaces designated for shallow play, deep water play, and lap swimming. Lifeguard on duty. Lots of machines in fitness center. --Very courteous, helpful front desk personnel. --Restaurant service was terrible, food was adequate. Better, less expensive breakfast a block away at Days Inn.

We enjoyed our stay very much, combining business (Baltimore ComiCon) with a small family visit with a sister, niece and nephew we seldom get to see. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. We did see food trays from room service left in the hallway for over half a day on two different days. The pool and sauna were great, and fully staffed while we were there by a very attentive attendant. Our only regret was no whirlpool. The restaurant was higher priced for a basic breakfast but my husband thoroughly loved the crab omelette stuffed with fresh crab both inside and out. At $* we considered the omelette freshly prepared by the breakfast bar chef to be an incredibly tasty bargain. Parking seemed overpriced but it was very nice to have total access to the cars and not have to worry about moving them.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfy. One of the better deals in Baltimore.
