Hotel management poor

Hotel has poor response to customer needs / complaints. It was relatively clean but had a smell throughout the hotel. I have stayed at much nicer Super 8 Hotel than this one and will not stay here again or recommend it to anyone else. It has a good location but there are other chains that are cleaner and just as reasonably priced than this location. My vehicle was damaged in their parking lot and I was quickly advised they assume no liability.

I probably would not stay here again. Looks good on the outside, but the rooms need updating. The bathroom was clean, but not "inviting" to bathe in.

I was very hesitant, but pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were a lot better than I expected, but could have used a little more cleaning of the carpets. I would stay there again.
