Accommodations were very good.Quiet, clean. A little further from the French Quarter than we anticipated, but close to restaurants in that area and close to Rail line and Riverwalk. Loved visiting the DDay Museum which is about 2 blocks from hotel. Other artist type places in the area. The trolley line into the city could be a great asset but had trouble finding a schedule and I think most of that is because it is not running at full speed yet because of Katrina and lower numbers of tourists to ride. A trolley stop is only about 2 blocks from hotel.
