Hotel was fantastic! Everyone was very helpful and very friendly! We will definitely stay at this hotel again. We checked in at 11:00 am to start our day of shopping. How great is that. Concierge,front desk people were great! Can't wait to go back when it's warmer. Awesome view from the 24th floor

Make no mistake, this hotel has a beautiful lobby and is within walking distance of some of the best spots of Chicago but....upon arrival our room smelled like a gym locker room and the comforters were very lumpy. Housekeeping woke us up at least 3 times the next morning after we repeatedly told them we would be leaving in half an hour (Yes, this all occurred within 15 mins!). Not the kind of service I would expect from the Sheraton.

The location was great! Close to everything. The concierge was so helpful & supplied maps and easy directions. The room was beautiful with a beautiful view!

Fabulous Hotel. We stayed 2 nights and had a great room with a great view. The staff was very helpful and nice. I would definatly stay here again
