Fine, nothing special

The location was good, the bed was comfortable. Desk clerk was not particularly helpful. Upon check-in, found our king bed room was on the ground floor, where we could hear the street traffic quite clearly. Asked for an upper floor and had to pay extra - all the remaining rooms were double queen which was a higher rate. Since we were staying at a time when the hotel was not at full occupancy AND I am a Marriott Rewards member, I think that for good customer service they could have moved us without charge (it was nominal, so not a big deal for them, but would have been godo on principle). Housekeeping staff is indeed noisy and not always paying attention to a "Do Not Disturb" sign before they knock, and heed the warnings about the walls - they are THIN and you can hear everything in the hallway and adjacent rooms.
Good place in a pinch

Overall it wasn't bad. The house keeping staff was way too early the maid was banging on the door at 9AM Sunday & Labor Day and she couldn't speak english. The staff was great though, very knowledgeable. The walls however are thin and you can literally hear the snoring guy next door. In a tight time for hotels it worked well.
