We had a lovely stay at the Crowne Plaza, and would not hesitate going back! My boyfriend and I got a room there to enjoy the weekend together. Our room was super clean, and had a comfortable king size bed. It featured one of the best bathrooms I have ever seen in a hotel! It was HUGE! For once, there was enough room to plug in my curling iron and let it sit while I put on my makeup. Yes, the vanity was large enough for that, too! The hotel gives you a complimentary "sleep sound kit" complete with a lavender linen spray. The room featured a mini-fridge, desk, and even a couch. The TV could have been better, and the bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner, but I'm not complaining. They offer compliementary replacements of toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as other standard items in case you left yours behind! The hot tub was nice, but not too hot. My only real complaint is the number of children that were in the hot tub and pool. We brought drinks up to the hot tub with us, and the kids were splashing water everywhere. (It ended up in our drinks!) Room service was very fast, inexpensive and good! I wish check-out was later though Eleven seems a bit early when you consider that check-in was at 3pm...you get a full 2 hours less than at other hotels. Also, by the time we were leaving at 10:30, the maid was ready to clean our room! All in all, though, it was a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it. I cannot wait to go back!

We went there for a party and found the place to be beautiful and had a great view. The indoor pool though, had alot to be desired there were smaller children everywhere as well as in the hottub. The lighting was very dim and the pool was cloudy. The rooms were very nice although we did find a sack of beer cans/bottles under the bed. Overall it was clean and very nice. Staff was friendly and room service excellent. I recommend highly.

I travel a lot and tend to notice the difference in hotel beds. I think the Crowne Plaza brands has the most comfortable mattresses (and pillows even.) This specific hotel was great. The rooms were clean and fresh. I was even impressed with the bathroom - made me feel more at home becuase of the large counter and great lighting (which is also hard to find at hotels.) I would recommend the Crowne Plaza to anyone.

I have family in Springfield, so I usually don't have to stay in a hotel. However, I did stay at the Crowne Plaza on my last trip. Everything was wonderful - it is the best hotel in the area. Everybody was really nice, including the girl at the front desk and the coffee bar attendant.

Verry nice loby & confrance rooms. My room was a nice duble with & large bath. Lots of extras in room. Well maintaned & clean, frendly staf & nice pool. Only dwn fall no free internet $9.95 day
