The Quality Inn was fair for what we paid. It wasn't too far from the Russian River Valley and the wineries which was nice. The only things we did not like were that the woman at the front desk was rude and impersonal and that the walls were a little thin. Otherwise, our stay was acceptable.

This hotel was perfect for me, the price is right, and the rooms are very clean. We stayed here for 2 days and we loved it. The exercise room was nice and clean. The free breakfast is very good in the morning with lots of choices like waffles, eggs, fruits, cereals,yogurt and pasties.

We decided to stay here because it had good reviews and you what this place is very clean and the staff was great. We had a room with 2 queen size beds with extra pillows. The breakfast was very nice had waffles, eggs, cereal,fruits,yogurt and more. This hotel is a good value for the money. We would stay here again.

The room was hygenic, but many things related to basic maintenance were not in shape. Ceiling lights were missing parts, and one floor lamp didn't even work. Some hardware in the bathroom was loose and the tub/shower had large stains on it. The walls are thin, so bring some earplugs or be prepared for some noise from other guests and from the road outside. On the other hand, the staff was very cordial and the location is very close to downtown Santa Rosa (adorable!). Lots of shopping nearby, so if you forgot something at home you can certainly get a replacement fast. For travelers on a budget, I would recommmend this property, but for extended stays it might get a bit tiring to stay here.

We stayed here because the reviews was good. The room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. I am glad that they had free breakfast in the morning. If you have to stay in Santa Rosa then stay here for the price and value.
