The hotel was great but when we asked for suggestions on places to eat, the customer service people at the desk were no help and would not offer a single suggestion

The 4-star rating on this place is very misleading. To be fair, I would rate it 3 stars. The rooms are small, the elevators were dirty. The table in the room was dirty - was splattered with some unknown liquid down the side. To top everything off, we were given incorrect directions to the airport by one of the front desk staff. Not horrible, but not great either.

This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in a long time. The staff was great, the room was clean and very nice. The breakfast is a must! The best omlets anywhere! We will stay there again and recommend it to all of our out of town visitors.

The renovation is great and the hotel is very nce and nearby area attractions, relaxing atmosphere but not downtown prices but same quality with all the amenities

I stayed at the doubletree downtown a week earlier but my experience here had far exceeded what should have been a high rated hotel. The facilities look new, there's lots of room. Very clean and nice decor. Only improvement could be the dining price and menu downstairs and the bathroom needs ventalation.
