The hotel was extremely clean. I have an issue with unclean bathrooms and this one was immaculate. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. And it is true, they do give you bath and body works lotion, soap and shampoo every day. This is not the cheap stuff either. The price was very reasonable and the rooms have everything you need. Frig and microwave. They have a little kitchen type area so you dont have to get your water out of the bathroom. The only issue I will warn you of is make sure you check your credit card as soon as you return home. They will try to charge you for incidentals that you did not use. However, upon calling they did refund the money right away. If you can, rent your own vehicle. The bus they provide only go to the parks 2x a day. When you're ready to leave you have to wait for the bus. They also pick up at many different neighborhood hotels. This is frustrating if you have children. Overall this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in!! I would go back any time I'm in Florida. That is for real!

I travel with my parent and they love this hotel too. Short driving distance to Disney theme parks. Bed is so comfortable. Great breakfast, good coffee. Front desk needs improvement, hardly anyone in the front desk when you need them. We complaint about our light bulb burn out in the room and didn't get anyone to fix that for five nights stay.

I would stay here again, very clean and peaceful.Loved the double sinks in the bathroom,beds were great,a/c worked great.Breakfast was very good had plenty food and a great selection.I would stay here again and recomend it to all.

Overall the hotel was great for the $. The room was small but comfortable, clean and seems to have been recently renovated. Bed was very comfortable w/pillowtop. Had four pillows on each bed. Slept very well. Very close to parks w/an easy drive to all. Located on a side street thus very quiet. Close to restaurants, stores etc. Had a room next to the elevator but heard no noise. Breakfast was not extensive but had all the basics. Pool is a small. Parking always available. Quick check-in & out. Would stay there again on a short trip.
