Problems with housekeeping

Stayed at this hotel last year. The size of the room was great and the ammenities seemed to be in fairly good condition. My family and I visited several theme parks while there. We had several bags of souvenirs and what not so we always requested no housekeeping (via the sign on the door). On our last day in the area the housekeeping crew went into our room to "service" it and when we came back from Sea World we were missing a very large bag from Disney world that had tons of things in it (including 2 disposable cameras full of family pics). When we inquired at the desk as to WHY housekeeping had gone into our room when the sign was on the door they offered us no answers. When they asked the houskeeping lady if she knew where the bag was, she stated she thought it was trash. She threw away our souvenirs and pictures as if they were trash and the hotel offered NO compensation. Be wary of your things while you stay at this hotel.

We just got back for staying there for 7 nights - me, husband and 5 year old and it looks just like the photo's we see online when we booked it had no problems overall would recommond

Confortable with class- granite sink, flat screen TVs, expresso forniture, very clean, just renewed, plus free hot breakfast, parking, internet, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
I could not find a better deal.

this hotel was great very very clean the staff very nice we loved it and it will be the only place we stay in orlando rooms were very nice just like they look on line cant wait to go back
