First, the hotel and the room looked exactly like it did in the photos. The staff was very professional and extremely accomidating. We did have a glich when we first arrived with our reservation, however, the staff said "no problem" and photo copied my paperwork. The breakfast was great which included sausage, scrambled eggs, pancakes, biscuits, bagels, some fruit, yogurt, cereal, juices, coffee and milk. I know I wanted to know what the "continental breakfast" included. Parking was great. Plenty of gift shops to walk to and some restaurants as well. The pool is as pictured, and plenty of sun throughout the day. Our room was cleaned as I requested it, however, I felt the cleaning could of been a little more thorough in the bathroom, and I brought this up at the end of my stay, so in all fairness, I didn't give them a chance to correct this. On the plus side, I had nothing stolen from my room which was pleasant. If you plan on being gone ALL DAY, then this is a great place. We did have 1 "lazy day" and hung out at the pool which was boring. I would definitely recommend staying here because it is not slummy and not outragously expensive. I was looking for the "middle" since our entertainment would be the attractions and I was very pleased with my choice.

I stayed here with my mother and son. The room was great!! Very clean and modern. The staff needs a little help with customer service. I had a little insident and the lady at the desk just stood there and did nothing. The breakfast is ok if you don't want a big breakfast. But I am over all very happy with my stay and will stay there again!

Room quality is excellent, very clean, very comfortable bed. With that price of hotel near Disney, you can't ask for more. There is not much hotel amenities, but i don't really care because I spent all my time in Disney. We arrived late to check in, they couldn't find our booking from Travelocity, but the staff was very helpful. Infomation desk staff was helpful too, tried to hire the cheapest taxi for us. Shuttle bus didn't work out for us, but we went across the street for the other hotel's shuttle bus servie, as long as you pay tips, they are ok with it. Overall if you don't mind to take shuttle bus to Disney, this is the best hotel in terms of price and quality.

The staff definitely left a lot to be desired, as did the "breakfast" (bread, bagels, waffles but NO BUTTER!) Elevators barely worked; lots of waiting. Ice machines unpredictable. Would we stay there again? Probably. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. There are loads of other places to eat very close by. Just don't expect it to be a "luxury" vacation.

My new husband and I booked the Galleria Palms for our honeymoon. The location is GREAT if you are going to Disney World or any of the other parks. It is right at Disney World. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired (mostly carby breads and older fruit), but there are restaurants surrounding the hotel. I will admit that when we pulled up, I did not expect the rooms to be nice as they were, but the two rooms that we ended up in were extremely nice and clean. The business center is a computer and printer that you have to pay to use, just fair warning. All in all, this is a good hotel for the price.
