bad news

The place is a rip-off it was dirty and they told us we could not refund our money for the next night because it was to late to cancel. Stay Clear!!!!!!! .

Shut it Down

This hotel should be shut down. There were holes in the walls, Mold in the tubs, shower curtain held up with paper towels, Old Small TV, Holes in Bed Clothes, missing pieces in the sink, Cracked Toilet Seat, Pool looked like a pond with Ducks actually swimming in it. Manager is the most miserable man I have ever met.

Deplorable Service

Room was moldy and dusty. There was a ring around the tub. Rust water came out of the shower faucet. Was there for a conference and needed to iron my suit and hotel had no iron available for guest use. Checked out immediately (within 15 minutes of check in) to seek other accommodation and the hotel refused to refund me. Manager was extremely rude. Still trying to work with BBB to get refund.
