Overall, the hotel is in a state of construction and this small fact was not mentioned anywhere when we booked the room. Additionally, other locations in this area that we stayed at in the past offered us continental breakfasts at no additonal charge while this hotel charged us for breakfast (free breakfasts are only for diamond or platinum members) which came to an additional cost of over $. When I called the front desk to inquire about church services, they had no information readily available. The bottom line is that there are other places nearby that are much better value for the money.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, spacious, friendly service, great swimming pool area and work-out room. The suites--and the cookies--make this a preferred stop when I travel to Dayton again.

Appreciated the cleanliness of rooms and friendliness of the front desk staff. The two room suites do not have a door seperating the rooms. This was a negative for us with small children.
