Wonderful Hotel

My husband and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Memphis June 24-27 and were very pleased. What we loved best was the complimentary shuttle service to everywhere in downtown Memphis. The shuttle drivers were friendly, professional, helpful, and, most of all, knowledgeable. They helped with everything from Memphis history to recommendations for good restaurants. I booked this hotel based on reviews raving about the comfortable beds and will stay here again because of the shuttle service as well as the beds. Not only have I encouraged my friends and family to visit Memphis, I've let them know that Crowne Plaza is the only hotel worth staying in.

Crowne Plaza Memphis was very clean and staff were very pleasant. We would recommend staying there.
What a Wonderful Experience

As I had never been to Memphis before and had heard some rather unsavory stories of hotels, I walked into the Crowne Plaza with my eyebrow raised. What a pleasant surprise. The hotel was clean, the staff in the lobby area were both sweet and helpful. The room was large and clean and the housekeeping staff even went so far as to ask if my room was okay after they cleaned it. That was a first for me and I have traveled all over the world. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end and I would stay there again as well as recommend it to friends and co-workers if asked.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived before our room was ready and wanted something to eat. However, the dining room was closed. One of the staff members was kind enough to open the dining room so that we might be able to enjoy a meal. Our room was clean and the bed was so very comfortable. Overall, our spring break was enjoyable!

Overall, I had a really good experience at Crowne Plaza. The room was large, the bed was very comfortable and the wireless internet connection was great! I was dissapointed with the room service though. It took a very long time and my food was cold when it finally came.
