Pet friendly to the tune of $* not refundable. Amount was not stated or advertised prior to arrival. Was told it wasn't an everyday thing, so they don't advertise the amount. Was told most people are very happy to pay the amount. Well believeme, we were not impressed. Location is hard to find, even after getting directions from front desk. Be prepared!

This was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. The smell was awful, the tubs and shower curtains were growing black moldy stuff. It looked like they had NEVER been cleaned. The bottoms of the tubs were dark brown. One shower would not work. The kitchen walls were covered in old food and other stuff we could not identify. The refrigerator did not work. The noise was so loud we could not sleep. I made pictures of all the filth if anyone would like to see them. We did not feel safe at all. As a matter of fact, we were booked to stay Saturday night thru Wednesday. However, we checked out Sunday morning and contacted travel agent requesting a full refund. We changed rooms once and the second was just as bad as the first so it wasn't the "luck of the draw that we got a bad room". This was a family vacation almost ruined by misadvertising and filth. Do not stay here unless you are desperate!

If you stay at cheap hotels, have few expectations, this is for you. Great location. Very friendly front desk. NO housekeeping staff my entire 4 day stay, This is not staff issue, management should be fired. 0 forks, had go get "1" fork she could find, 2 spoons, coffee, but no filters, no refills on supplies, found a spider on my pillow, a bug in bathroom, spider in tub, spider leg on wall in kitchen, "apartment" size kitchen had a DORM room refrigerator, food and paper under furniture where vacuum could have reached it but, I have seen worse.

We stayed here for two weeks and it was nice and quiet. The people working were especially nice and friendly. We were pleased with the large comfortable rooms and the clean kitchen and bathroom. We will definetely stay at Crestwood Suites again.
