Didn't meet expectations

The room wasn't as good as expected-carpet stained, carpet border along bottom of walls was coming off, bathroom door didn't quite latch all the way. The biggest concern, though, was the a/c couldn't keep the room cool. We had 2 double beds and one is within 3-4 inches of the a/c unit, which wouldn't allow it to receive hot air to kick it on and wouldn't allow cold air out into the room; it hit the bed instead. Managment did take $ off our bill for this. The bill wasn't correct but that was easily corrected. The employees are very nice, and the hotel is pretty. It could have been so much better. The pool was nice after being out in 90+ degree temps. all day. For the money, we expected a little better room, but it wasn't terrible. I will try another hotel next time.

The room was great, not often do you get a 42" flat screen in your room. Also I usually have to order more pillows and my king size bed came with six. Only thing is to watch your bill, they overcharge $10.00 in case you use the phone or watch a movie. it drops if you don't.
