Great location, expensive

Location is great, harbour views very nice. Staff quite nice and polite. Room service food was terrible so they gave us a free breakfast. Room was not clean. We would not stay here again while there are other hotels in the area to choose from.

make it a "TOTAL" package...

I may have to read more clearly next time or research and plan much much better. Self Parking in the hotel was $27 a night for the six days which made by trip upsetting. All else was great about the hotel and it's downtown location, but I may stay at a location further out just because parking will be included or free. If I had the chance to see the TOTAL package with some area parking cost included it would have made a choices better or a chance for me to my location.

Such a beautiful view of the harbor.... then.. 2:30 in the morning the neighbors came home ( the room next door).. called security 3 times, you could hear EVERY word they were saying, we could hear the TOILET flush. The place is SO gorgeous, perfect location, perfect view and then you have a very expensive room in which you couldn't get a good nights rest. I felt we were sharing a room with loud people we did not know. Just awful when we had appointments to make the next days. They did comp the room upgrade for us, but it didn't get our nights rest back. Also, they don't have fans in the bathrooms, so when you shower, that beautiful window view gets all fogged up. Also confusing is there is no in room safe. Weird. Don't think we'd spend the cash for another experience.

Loved it!

Everything was top notch about this hotel. The room was ready early, clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic. The Bistro 300 restaurant breakfast buffet was great--fresh melon in January! Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

IT WAS VERY NICE BUT....

Yes, I enjoyed staying here but it did have a few problems. First I start with the good things: Bell hop & Valet parking was excellent. Fast & friendly. Never had to wait for the car. Excellent location to Innter Harbour. Had a walkway over the street. Fast Check-In. Room was ready early for us. Staff was nice. Now for the Negative: The pool was very small. Only held at least 2 families, Elevators was being upgraded - only slow during the weekend, Bristro Resturant was good but could use some improvement - sometime staff was slow & not much on menu. HOUSEKEEPING was very SLOW!!!!! For 2 days housekeeping DIDN'T COME until around 5:30 -6pm in the evening after we came back from site seeing & was tired & then wanted to clean our room. Other than that - it is still a great hotel. Will recomment it to others.
