The hotel given the time of year and the difficulties they were facing with frozen pipes and traffic problems to the garage area, made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

Close to a lot of things. A little pricey, but overall a good experience. Got to be a little careful in walking, because a few areas are a little iffy. Cabs are suggested. Staff was excellent and the room very good.

Hotel was nice-Bathroom toilet was so cramped next to the tub, I had to sit a bit sideways. Shower was very clean and bed was great. I was not happy that we were charged for local calls, ridiculous. Didn't mind having to pay for parking, almost all ...Read more

The hotel was under construction, which was fine, but they ignored patrons waiting at the front desk. They told me I should upgrade to a suite, and I can't imagine what the double room must have looked like. There were no full-sized towels, and I ...Read more

Ramada Hotel & Suites has decent accommodations for the downtown Toronto area, a short walk to the gay scene, comfortable bed, and a restful sleep. The lobby is rather oddly designed in that if you drive in, you have to ascend, then descend ...Read more
