This hotel used to be the best in New Orleans. It was awful! The food was awful, inedible, the rooms look like Laura Ashley has a pshchadelic trip in there. The room and bath were VERY dirty. Also, complaining did no good. Worst hotel I have been to in a while!

The staff is friendly and accommodating as ever, but unfortunately, post Katrina, there are still not enough of them. Also the public areas are exceptional but the suites are getting a little shabby (stained carpet, etc.)

Very classy decor, quiet and private but quick services. Excellent cuisine at the New Orleans Grill. Pricy but definitely worth it, I had a suite at a reasonable price. The suite is very large with vanity and double sinks separate from the full bathroom. very spacious living room with work area as well. Within walking distance to French Quarter, convention area. There are many celebrities stay here for special events in town.I would definitely stay at Windsor court again! I felt right as soon as I checked in the hotel

I love this place, very comfortable from the room to the lobby to the restaurant, etc. It feels like a home away from home.
