I (mother) took my daughter to New Orleans for her birthday in August. It was a wonderful trip except for the weather (hot), but other then that we had so much fun. The Windsor Court is a very beautiful and warm hotel to stay. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. We stayed in a suite that was very nice and quite large. We had breakfast each day in the Grill and had drinks in the bar which is very nice also. The only thing we went to cool off in the pool and the water was warm burt very refreshing. We would return and recomend the hotel.

Took advantage of the special for a suite. Rate for the room was great. Very nice hotel for the price. Good location for aquarium and parts of French quarter. My duaghter (age 17) thought it was the finest hotel she had stayed at. Had no complaints whatsoever.

It was a great hotel, had a slight problem with the bathroom plumbing but it was quickly rectified. Staff was great. Well definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel with everything you could ask for. Stayed in full suite and it was spectacular. Have stayed at 20+ NOLA hotels and this one is definately the best. Staff was very helpful and attentive.

This hotel used to be the best in New Orleans. It was awful! The food was awful, inedible, the rooms look like Laura Ashley has a pshchadelic trip in there. The room and bath were VERY dirty. Also, complaining did no good. Worst hotel I have been to in a while!
