We've traveled to New Orleans many times over the past 15 yrs or so; both for business and pleasure. But never have we been so impressed with the room, staff, or service we received during our stay in April 2009 during French Quarter Fest. EVERYONE on every level was so courteous and helpful. We needed to check in early as we had been driving all night, they were able to accomodate us without any hassle--even offering a complementary upgrade! We have traveled all over the world, and to us-nothing compares to the Windsor Court and it's staff!!!

What a remarkable oasis in the middle of the Central Business district. The rooms are large, very comfortable, and well appointed. Our double-2 Queen beds could have accommodated another Queen bed or 2 twins. Service was excellent, Concierge most helpful in every way, parking is expensive but well worth the service considering the location and traffic. Delicious Breakfast Buffet. Very quiet and elegant! Will come back asap.
Still coming back

Still not back from Hurricane Katrina. Cheap television with poor cable reception.

Spent the weekend in NO on our way to the beach and thanks to a wonderful tip from a friend we stayed at the Windsor Court. What a fabulous hotel!!! And the price was too good to pass up. We eat both a breakfast and dinner and let me tell you the food was out of this world and the service impeccable. Also, we went on the Gray Line Katrina Tour - YOU MUST TAKE THIS TOUR - it is a real eye-opener.

I (mother) took my daughter to New Orleans for her birthday in August. It was a wonderful trip except for the weather (hot), but other then that we had so much fun. The Windsor Court is a very beautiful and warm hotel to stay. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. We stayed in a suite that was very nice and quite large. We had breakfast each day in the Grill and had drinks in the bar which is very nice also. The only thing we went to cool off in the pool and the water was warm burt very refreshing. We would return and recomend the hotel.
